Each item is made to order, just for you. This means that when you place your order, we start making you items right away. We work as fast as we can, but quality takes a bit of time, so please understand that it takes 1-2 weeks to make your items.
As soon as your items are ready, your order is sent out to you with a tracking number*. Shipping times vary depending on location, but your item should arrive within the following expected delivery timeframes:
Orders for Canadian customers normally take 2-8 business days to arrive, once shipped.
Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-4 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-7 business days. Shipping to Ontario is usually 1-2 days. Remote locations can take up to 15-20 days.
Orders to US customers generally take 2-6 business days to arrive, once shipped.
US ship-outs occur 3 times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Outside Canada & USA (no tracking number*):
Orders outside Canada and the USA generally take 10-21 business days to arrive once shipped, but may be delayed by the customs of your country. We have seen international shipments take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. Some countries hold packages at the local post office until inquired for.

IF you don't catch it right away and it has already been sent, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to us. Once we receive your return order, we will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a re-shipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.
We always keep an eye on your orders, but if your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time and you have any concerns, please send us a quick message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, or if your order is caught up at a sort facility). We will get back to you right away and will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution.
Some countries require a Duty Fee, Tax, or Customs Charge before an order can be delivered. These charges are relatively infrequent, but are 100% the buyer’s responsibility - as you are the recipient of the mail. This is not an additional shipping charge, nor are we responsible for covering your taxes and duty fees. Please be aware of the individual taxes, duty fees and customs charges for your specific country.
Requests to mark orders as “Gift” on the customs forms to avoid your possibility of paying a customs fee or tax will be ignored. Marking purchased goods as “Gifts” is illegal. Please be aware of the individual taxes, duty fees and customs charges for your specific country.

We ship almost everywhere but some countries have restrictions that we cannot accommodate at this time.

Sizing can be tricky, and we understand. If you need to exchange please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you in the right size.
Shipping costs for exchanges, however, are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.
Once we have received your item, your exchange will be processed and we will make your item for you in the size you have requested. Once shipped, we will contact you with your shipping information. You will NOT be charged shipping costs for your replacement.
We take pride in the quality of our work, and inspect every item carefully before sending it out to you.
In the rare case that your item has a defect, please send us a message immediately and be sure to include photos for reference. We will chat with you about your item and give you details on how to preceed with the exchange.
